A Building on the farm has been modified as a meat cutting and storage room. It includes a cold store for hanging Lamb carcasses, cutting table and freezers for storage.

Lambs are delivered from the Slaughter House and hung in the cold store to mature. The Lambs are cut up and packed for sale either fresh or frozen. Beef Carcasses are too large to handle so are hung, matured and cut up before delivery to Rugley for freezing and storage before sale. All Meat for sale is from cattle and lambs born and reared at Rugley.

Orders are delivered free up to a 20 mile radius of Rugley. At present we are not able to deliver on a nationwide basis.

Our animals are from a closed flock and herd, meaning we have total control over breeding, feeding and welfare as every animal is born and reared at Rugley. Lambs and Cattle are all grass fed and naturally reared to a high quality, producing lean, tender, tasty meat.
